ALIGHT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to empower human trafficking survivors by connecting them to pro bono legal services. Without a way to divorce the abuser, clear criminal records, resolve identity theft - or fight the myriad of other ways that traffickers abuse the law to control them - human trafficking survivors risk homelessness, losing custody of their children and having to return to their trafficker.
