Achieve Therapy provides high quality outpatient speech, language, cognitive and swallowing therapy services in Northern Colorado. Patients are best served when continuity of care is effortless. We have resources to streamline the referral process with a patient's physician, dentist, therapist, or other specialist. We use ongoing assessment to determine foundational causes for deficits and work to address those contributing factors beyond the treatment of symptoms.
