Adrian has experience as lawyer within two Big Four affiliated law firms and two Tier 1 international law firms where he was specialized in Corporate/M&A and Commercial law, holding different positions, including Managing Associate. Adrian has assisted domestic and international companies active in a wide range of economic sectors and industries, including financial services, energy, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, IT and telecom, being actively involved in many important transactions concluded on the Romanian M&A market, with an aggregate value of more than EUR 1 billion, as well as in numerous cross-border and domestic reorganizations. Adrian also provides, on regular basis, legal advisory assistance on general and specific corporate, civil and commercial matters (including on eligibility for different tax facilities).
