WHY?  In Romania there are 67,000 children in orphanages that have no real support when they become adults and leave the system.  Arad is facing a fierce labor shortage.WHAT are we doing?Through pre-integration ready children in orphanages exit under state protection, we discover and encourage professional skills by organizing workshops for vocational guidance.Through the integration program in its infancy, we support them with food, housing, education, counseling and finding and keeping a job; Subsequently, through regular personal development programs, we encouraged and helped to live independently.HOW?By working with experts, following a system we build in 2012, and you continuously improved in order to provide quality employment, to obtain satisfaction of total beneficiaries (internal-children and foreign-employing companies) .Aradul Prospera relocates in Arad, from all over Romania, the young people who leave the orphanages. I help in the relocation process and organize activities of pre-integration and integration programs.For teenagers who are above 18 years old we offer 3 year long integration program, which complies of:- financial aid for food and accommodation;- support in finding and maintaining a job;- counseling;- education;- personal growth;- financial education;- coaching.Aradul Prospera organises pre-integration programs for children in orphanages:- workshops;- informal education;- financial aid.
