Charles B. Bremer, Jr. has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. From 1984 to 1991 Charles served as Manager of Tenant Contstruction for Birtcher/Mitsui's Washington, D.C. regional office. his renovation and interior construction projects included over 2 million square feet of new office construction for a number of fortune 500 companies including but not limited to AT&T, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Unisys, General Electric and Digital Equipment Corp. Charles' projects were typically of high specialization requiring state of the art systems for communications and data. Charles holds a class-A contractor's license and presently manages all operations of Atlantic Contractors responsibilities.
