Attack Cycling is coaching for cyclists seeking high performance.To "Attack" is to put forth a hard effort to separate yourself from the rest of the field or group. Attacking requires confidence, determination, and grit. I believe that these traits are trainable and need to be present in competition, but more importantly, in training and in daily life. I started Attack Cycling because I want to partner with cyclists to achieve high performance through a unique blend of training that involves the latest in cycling science and a growth mindset. It's about achieving your cycling goals and it's about enjoying the journey you take to get there.
