Educational process in BSBE is based on participants' experience and intensive group interaction. The coach does not give ready-made answers, it encourages participants to find their own decisions tasks. Ultimately, the training enables participants to recognize and correctly use their strengths in achieving goals. This active study mode provides great impact to whole educational process. Training is as close to real life: the basic skills practiced by the examples of work situations of the participants. Particular emphasis on training is given to the participants a positive attitude to their work, to the organization. This helps students to develop their skills and could become the basis for the pursuit of better results.
