Beige Holdings Limited ("Beige") South Africa's leading contract manufacturerand distributor of cosmetics, soaps, household products, toiletries,laundry soaps and allied bath and body care products for SouthAfrican and international markets. During 2007 and 2008 the Companydiversified its operations through the acquisition of two packagingmanufacturing businesses to complement its contract manufacturingoperations. In February 2009 Thebe Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd acquired a33.45% interest in Beige, thereby increasing Beige's BEE credentials interms of shareholding.
