My Coaching PhilosophyEveryone in the world is either partnered or pre-partnered. Want to know the secret? We're all partnered on some level! We partner with parents, siblings, coworkers, peers, friends, and more. We even partner with the person at the checkout counter. Most importantly, we are our own best partners, our first and last. It is critical for us to master partnership skills and communication.Language is the best tool to enhance partnerships. Our word choice, tone of voice, inflection, eye contact, posture, hand gesture, body language, and other non-verbal cues are all parts of how we communicate with each other. Changing just one word, one phrase, one inflection or facial expression can change the whole interaction. My coaching helps you master these skills to grow and uplift your partnership.When you work with me, we discuss how and why we respond to interactions the way we do. We rehearse what to say, how to say it, and what outcomes we seek to create. We practice, laugh, and repeat until confidence is reached, where you know more about yourself, thus improving your partnership interactions.
