With three of the top 10 ranked students in the mechanical engineering department, international competition experiences, and proficiency in simulation and design software, we are committed to advancing healthcare through engineering.Vision:Our vision is to apply engineering principles to biology and medicine, fostering innovation in biology, materials, processes, implants, devices, and informatics for disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. We strive to make the impossible possible.Mission:Cardiovascular disease takes millions of lives each year, and we are determined to make a difference. Our mission is to contribute to the field of biomedical engineering in Egypt by developing platforms for medical device testing and cost-effective solutions that improve healthcare and reduce costs.Projects:Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD): Designing and building an LVAD for testing using the Mock Circulation Loop.Mock Circulation Loop (MCL): A model to simulate the cardiovascular system for in vitro testing of heart valves and assist devices.Pulsatile Blood Pump (PBP): Developing a pump that replicates the heart's pumping action for various research and testing purposes.Achievements:Our project ranked among the top 30 in Egypt and was featured on the TV program "Alforsa" with Lamees Alhadedy.Future Goals:-Creating models for simulating blood circulation.Providing affordable assistive devices for heart failure patients.Establishing partnerships with Egyptian heart hospitals.Join us on our journey to revolutionize biomedical engineering.
