Department of Biology is a part of Aarhus University. Biology is about life in all aspects. The research at the Department of Biology covers all biological facets from genes, physiological processes, individuals, populations and species to whole ecosystems. We work with the evolutionary processes behind all life, and we explore the mechanisms explaining the interactions between living organisms and the environment.
