Vision: - Create a space on campus that introduces consulting to black, underrepresented minorities- Provide consulting services to black-owned startups or individual ventures across the nation Mission:- To empower students to achieve their professional consulting pursuits, and provide them with the tools to give back to many of the underrepresented businessesGoals:- Educate students on consulting- Connect students with people and other resources to grow as an aspiring professional - Create bonds across many college campuses- Close the support gap for small, minority-owned businessesImpact:- Provided strategic advisory services for 4 separate black-owned organizations in the Providence-area- Introduced 15+ black students to first-hand consulting experience through working together in project teams - Students who took part in projects have received internships from various firms, including MBB and Bulge Bracket Investment Banking
