During your time with us you'll have anopportunity to study yourself, make room for growth and set personal development goals. When you leave us you will feel rejuvenated, focusedand most importantly, happy and healthy.In order to help you achieve your health and relaxation goals , we have a variedschedule of classes all led by our wonderful teachers. We encourage you to try and attend at least one physical class per day alone with the meditation and discussion sessions. For your own benefit, as well as your fellow guests,we kindly ask you to put aside any critical opinions and judgments and arrive open minded and with a positive energy. During your stay here we politelyrequest you to keep in mind this is a relaxing retreat space and therefore excessive noise should be kept to a minimum.ACCOMMODATIONAll our rooms here are clean, comfortable and designed to make you feel at home away from home.We have mosquito nets on all of our beds, along with ceiling fans to help with the heat. It goes without saying that it gets very hot here in PHNOM PHEN,on the mekong river, wedon't have air conditioning but we will do everything we can to make your stay pleasant and can provide additional fans if you need them. As we care about the environment, we encourage you to switch off lights and fans when you're not in the room and not to waste water.As we're in Asia, please don't be alarmed if there are animals around during your stay. We have several friendly cats living with us at Blue Indigo along with our friendly chickens. It's not unusual to see insects and mice dropping by from time to time.
