I had to spend the last few years foraging all over the UK in order to realise that, every single time, the best foraging was to be had on my own doorstep; I'm very lucky in that my particular doorstep is in the heart of the beautiful Brecon Beacons, in South Wales. And so I founded Brecon Beacons Foraging, which provides regular foraging courses designed to scintillate your senses and help you find and recognise the plants, fungi and wildlife that are all around us. It might help you to know that, wherever you are in the world, the best foraging will be on YOUR doorstep, too!
