Catherine Davidson is a mediator, trainer, and conflict management consultant with a background in law and communication. She is both nationally (NMAS Australia) and internationally accredited (IMI) and practices in Australia and internationally. Catherine has mediated more than 700 disputes. Her mediation experience includes commercial and workplace disputes in the private and public sectors across a diverse range of industries. Commercial disputes include construction, intellectual property, banking, insurance, negligence, estates, guardianship, partnership, small business, and medical matters.Workplace disputes include bullying, performance, discrimination, and harassment in the public and private sector including tertiary institutions, professional services firms and hospitals.She is an experienced trainer and has delivered conflict and negotiation training to students, lawyers, professionals and business executives. Catherine conducts public and in-house mediation training for the Australian Dispute Centre in Australia, Asia and the Pacific region and regularly coaches mediation students for the Resolution Institute.Catherine was an Expert assessor at CDRC Vienna 2016 and is a member of the Working Group for 2017. She was an Expert Assessor at Lex Infinitum 2017 Goa India and ran a Mediation Boot Camp for law students in conjunction with PACT at ILS Pune India in January 2017.
