We are deeply engaged in understanding and enhancing customer experience management, and assessing the impact of electronic word of mouth and the evolving dynamics of social media marketing. Dynamic Teaching: We offer an engaging mix of courses that blend theoretical concepts with practical skills. Key offerings include 'Principles of Marketing,' 'Service Marketing,' 'Marketing and Data Science,' Consumer Behavior, Sustainability in Marketing, and Marketing Research. Additionally, we offer hands-on classes in customer journey mapping and other practical-oriented classes, focusing on real-world application and preparing students for the dynamic challenges of the marketing industry.Scholarly Contributions: We contribute significantly to the marketing academic community with a wealth of publications in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Marketing ZFP – Journal of Research and Management, and transfer. We actively participate in and contribute to key conferences, including the American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference, the Association for Consumer Research Conference (ACR), the European Marketing Academy (EMAC) Conference, Frontiers in Service, and Recent Advances in Retailing and Consumer Science (RARCS). Collaborative Excellence: Building and maintaining collaborative links with external academic, professional, and industrial partners, integrating state-of-the-art research results with practical relevance.
