In doing so, Loy as a founder generously allocates majority of resources (60-70%) on people management including his team of managers.A Psychology graduate from Murdoch University, Loy also believes that everyone has different learning curves. He finds that his degree has defined him in his approach towards people / perception towards others: "Accept them as who they are - You don't expect a fish to climb a tree, would you?" As such, even though he was once in the Police Force, Loy has instead chosen a path seeking to enrich and help bring out the best potential in people and enrich others life via holistic financial planning.
