Organizations over $1 billion qualify for a second membership and organizations over $5 billion may enroll a third member – provided the organization's primary technology leader is a member in good standing.ABOUT THE ORBIE AWARDS The ORBIE Awards is the premier technology executive recognition program in the United States.
