Codify Law is seeking to become the premier Artificial Intelligence powered legal service that codifies and automates the negotiation and execution of high volume and low complexity contracts Starting with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) and will eventually branch to Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). Codify Law users will be able to enable the sales/business professional to negotiate and execute a contract with their counterparties in line with the company's current risk policy. Only in cases where complex legal judgement is required will contracts be escalated to Legal.
