The building itself is 80,000 sq/ft and was built in 1960. The location is less than one half mile from I-70E/W, less than one quarter mile from WV St. RT. 2N/S, and approximately two (2) miles from I-470E/W. The facility was previously used for processing fresh produce and its distribution. There is a 10 door loading dock and the facility operated 24/7 for more than 30yrs so truck traffic and ingress/egress is not an issue. There are three (3) fresh water wells located on the premises and are able to pump 3-3.5MM gallons of POTABLE water per day. The facility, and its water, was previously used to process fresh vegetables for restaurants such as McDonalds, Chilis, and Sheetz. At present two of the three pumps are feeding a 6" line that connects to a manifold which is attached to 9 separate 21,000/gal closed top frack tanks. We are able to pump at a rate of 1,700+gal/per minute. We can also tie in the third pump for additional volume. The manifold and tanks are located on a flat graveled/paved "loading zone" that can accommodate 10-20 tri-axle water trucks. Approximately 200yds away there is a paved "staging are" that can accommodate an additional 10-20 trucks.Contact for all your POTABLE water needs!
