Connection Works with Shannon Patterson

Welcome! Connection Works is a Seattle organization founded by me, Shannon Patterson. I believe relationships and work are infinitely easier, more enjoyable, and more productive when we are connected to ourselves and each other on a human level. I'm not talking about anything obscure or woo-woo here. I'm simply talking about those times when you suddenly break free from analyzing a decision to death because you either found a moment to listen to yourself or suddenly you just knew what the answer was in your bones. I'm also talking about those times when conversations become more productive once we've shared a laugh or a story about our weekend. Or, those times when a team finally connects the dots of their work and bam! they get get freakishly productive. Connection works. I believe this kind of connection is essential to making good decisions, sustaining generative relationships, creating high performing teams, developing powerful leadership, and ultimately, creating lives that are true reflections of who we are and what we are passionate about. Help people bring the best of themselves to work through training in: 1) Identity -- so we can be who we are. 2) Emotional Intelligence -- so we know "how we are wired" 3) Communication skills -- so we can speak our truth, gracefully. 4) Teams -- so we can transform messy people dynamics into excellence.
