I aspire to cook food that is good, clean and fair. I believe that the food that we eat should taste good; that it should be produced in a clean way that does not harm the environment, animal welfare or our health; and that likeminded non-commercial food producers should receive fair compensation for their work.My dream is to share my passion and knowledge by teaching and inspiring likeminded humans that also dream that every plate of food should pleasure our senses and be more than simply a source of fuel for our bodies.
