The mission of Courageous Engagement LLC is to build a whole-person approach to conflict resolution. Courageous Engagement offers support to organizations, as well as individuals, in understanding and navigating conflicts in a healthy and productive manner. We wish to build change in a great time of need: change in how conflict is viewed and systematically approached. Courageous Engagement supports individuals and organizations through conflict by offering services such as: advocacy, mediation, an external ombudsman office, individualized conflict resolution system designs, trauma-informed trainings, and more. Working as non-lawyer advocates, Courageous Engagement offers knowledge in navigating and understanding: Special Education Law, Family Law, Employment Law, Social Services, cross-cultural dispute resolution, and more.
