As an ACE-certified Personal Trainer DeAnna brings a unique understanding of the body to the health and fitness industry by incorporating over twenty years of dance and movement experience into the methodology of physical training. She works with individuals in their homes, maintaining a private client base that spans the entire greater Boston area. DeAnna's goal is to help clients create vitality, whole body awareness, long term health and most importantly, ease of movement through everyday life. Sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the client by combining various exercises from movement disciplines including dance, yoga, pilates, martial arts, cardio-training and weight training. DeAnna's approach requires the body to perform as a whole unit, continuously coordinating upper and lower musculature with the body's center. Her workouts succeed on any level, achieving the individuals' maximum physical potential.
