In 2007 the principals of Durham Capital Advisors developed and managed the post-investment Portfolio Operations practice within the Prudential Alternative Assets Business. The Portfolio Operations team was responsible for: portfolio asset management across 20 investees with AUM of roughly US$400 million; beginning with transaction due-diligence support; monitoring investee companies' ongoing performance; providing operational and strategic leadership; operations improvement and valuations; and ultimately driving them toward logical and timely exit objectives.
