We are a boutique aquatic fitness studio dedicated to health and wellbeing. We offer aquatic training classes such as aqua cycling, aqua robics, aqua boxing, aqua circuit, etc. We believe that working out in the water is the way of the future. Water exercise can be both strengthening and restorative; it can build endurance while improving flexibility. It is challenging and invigorating and delivers a sensation of lightness and bliss.
