Earthbound Bolton began quietly in 2019, the child of Luke and Rach, conceptualised to bring community together around a common space: the dining table. With a major focus on vegan food, but mindful of everybody's dietary need, the conversation started. Now headed by Andrew, our focus is simple. We seek to minimise our environmental damage by returning our food waste to our suppliers to compost and nurture the ground for future growth, to use only compostable materials where practicable, to hold space for the community who need it and to foster the conversations that need to be had around our table as equals.
