The goal of the project "EmPLAYability" is to increase the possibilities of employability of young people who are unemployed. Through non-formal education activities and gamification techniques, participants will develop their soft skills and key competencies and define their professional goals while acquiring tools to deal with job seeking. We will explore group recruitment processes, individual interviews, CV design, personal marketing, web tools and professional networks.OBJECTIVES:- Provide tools based on gamification, to tackle youth unemployment.- Exchange good practices, ideas, contacts and experiences.- Share useful knowledge for the training of young people, enhancing their individual skills.- Promote creativity and innovation in youth employment.- Create a set of 5 educational games and a "toolbox" for youth workers.Put into practice the created materials.
