He said, "I can see you doing that." … Not long after that, I found myself invited to speak at a swap meet. I was the Keynote speaker, 30 minutes and I spoke about the basics of business and how the telephone is the most vital tool in business. I ran through some of the simple principles in daily communication. Out of the 50 people, a fair few came up and told me they thought my talk was one of the best they'd heard, so from there I was inspired and spurred on."
