FOCO Development Foundation is an independent and international non-profit founded to support structural policymaking in the built environment and commercial lending to accelerate urban and master planning and investment for sustainable economic developments in the Global South Region.We help in the design and implementation of sustainable buildings to humanize high density and help erect small business headquarters, public housing units , business hubs and districts for widely community living, playing and working in diverse metropolitan and urbanized areas. We support local businesses that thrive to scale up and expand their operations and use investment capital to fund development bank operations and policy initiatives to fund key infrastructure and projects in marginalized regions with a strong banking ecosystem to provide commercial capital to these small businesses . We partner with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses to advance the UN ‘s Global Sustainable Goals to eliminate poverty on a livable planet .
