Established in 2012, we at Fitnniss - Wellbeing in Care are proud to have delivered over 26,000 sessions in over 500 care settings across the UK, working with some of the industry's leading care providers.Our professionals deliver high quality sessions to vulnerable adults living with dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinsons disease, people who have suffered strokes and physical disabilities. Our sessions are fully accessible to people with sensory impairments and wheel chairs users in groups, and include one on one to offer a person centred approach.We also deliver fun and interactive sessions to children and adults with mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities including: autism, challenging behaviour, asperger syndrome, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, strokes and schizophrenia.Our aimIs to increase physical, mental and social well-being within the care sector, by decreasing falls, anxiety and depression, we aim to see an increase in strength, self-esteem and independence.Our activities help increase wellbeing in care through activity, no matter your age or ability.
