ForeverWriot

ForeverWriot was established and co-founded in 2019 by primary consultants Ozy Aloziem, MSW, Patrice Greene, M.A. and Kahlea Hunt-Khabir, M.A. ForeverWriot was designed with the focus of creating racially equitable spaces, learning, and community building through research, assessment, community engagement, theory, and praxis. Specifically, centering the needs of communities of color, by communities of color. Our work centers Critical Race Theory, Black Feminist Thought, and interdisciplinary and global perspectives to critically engage in transformative practices. ForeverWriot consultants' qualifications include both qualitative and quantitative methods, creating social justice curriculum, project and program analysis and evaluations, and organizational/ departmental assessments. Our racial equity approaches are catered to the unique needs and goals of the partners we collaborate with. We believe that when it comes to equity work, relevant, customized, needs-based consulting and facilitation make the difference between a superficial effort and a sustainable, transformative experience for your leaders, staff, board, and community.
