Our company was founded in 2009 and we are specialized in services for financial statements and taxation documents. Now we have 10 professional accountants. As for end of 2013, 263 companies and corporations had been provided with our services. Also, we have successfully participated in the Exhibition of Banks and Financial Organizations which was organized in "Misheel Expo" Center in 2013. We use in our activities two software - "Erkhet" which is a web based cloud accounting and has been authorized by the Ministry of Finance Mongolia; and "Grand Account" that have been developed by us\1. SIMPLE SERVICE\Writing and submitting monthly or quarterly reports accurately and correctly to the related websites of Taxation and Financial Authorities with proper access right. If required, we will deliver the reports in paper form. \2. BASIC SERVICE\ \ The Simple Service plus, based on the information and documents provided by the customer, arranging receipts and other documents related with the financial statements prepared in the Simple Service, and keeping accounting records and general ledger on the financial software according to the standards, and compiling and binding them as a book. \3. COMPLEX SERVICE\\ Based on the contract established by our company and the customer, The Simple Service and the Basic Service plus inspecting and reviewing primary documents; preparing and submitting no risk reports with accurate and correct documents; keeping accounting records and books on financial software or manually according to the feature of the customer, and compiling and binding them as a book; having responsibility for the reports and defending them in the Taxation Inspection, and if any penalty or fine occurs on the report, paying such penalty or fine; and doing all works related with financial statements and taxation documents on behalf of you.
