Our Disability Advocates are non-attorney representatives who are trained and certified to help you navigate the complex world of Social Security Disability (SSD) claims. At Galarraga & Duchette, our Advocates have over 50 years of combined experience in a wide range of disability topics including Social Security Disability, vocational rehabilitation, vocational counseling and vocational aspects of Worker's Compensation cases. This experience is critical at Step 4 and Step 5 of the Social Security Administration's Sequential Evaluation Process. Working with Galarraga & Duchette is working with local people who understand the entire picture of disability and have been actively helping disabled persons for over 30 years. Our advocates are highly trained, have master's level educations, and are vetted by the Social Security Administration, and they participate in continuing education requirements on a yearly basis.
