Company was found by Dr. Nasser Masri in the year of 2005. Till 2008, Dr. Masri officially registered the company after obtaining all final approvals from the city board of planning and adjustment of Paterson to build the medical center. The center is going to be composed of the following floors and following businesses: basement: allied health programs including but not limited to dental radiology, dental assisting, administrative dental assisting, medical assisting, Firs Aid/CPR Adult, Child & Infant with AED, dental laboratory program, etc., and dental laboratory. First Floor: Pharmacy and Cafe lounge. Second Floor: huge dental office with all types of specialties, and the third floor: medical offices. Oh we hope to break grounds by March 2011.
