About usWe are Badminton Ghana, the Governing Body of Badminton in Ghana formed in 1974 and affiliated and regulated by the Badminton Confederation of Africa and Badminton World Federation We love playing, watching and supporting badminton. We want everyone in Ghana to do the same and become part of the badminton community, whether as a player, coach, official, volunteer or fan. The unique qualities of badminton make it accessible and enjoyable for all working collaboratively with our partners and stakeholders to provide innovative opportunities for all to be involved; from Basic, Senior High and Tertiary School programmes to seniors, veterans, community and regional clubs partaking in our national class coaching development to our major events delivery. With Olympic success at the heart of our ambitions towards Tokyo 2020, we are investing our knowledge and expertise in rebuilding a quality future for our sport by strengthening and evolving the domestic game and developing talent to achieve success on the international stage, inspiring the next generation of players and local fans and corporate community. We value and represent every single one of our members and fans as one collective voice for badminton in Ghana. As our membership grows, so will our influence as badminton's National Governing Body, allowing us to invest more back into the core of the sport.
