We specialize in interior remodeling, i.e. kitchens, baths, closets, drywall...Recently the state of Florida has changed the requirements for inspections. After June 1, 2011 a general contractor cannot complete any type of home inspections. After June 1 persons must have a seperate certification to perform each type of inspection. We have the certifications required to perform wind mitigation inspections as well as home & 4 point inspections.We are located in Coral Springs Florida and work primarily in the South Florida, tri-county area (Dade, Broward & Palm Beach).
