The famous creator of the exotic Lamborghini motor cars, Ferruccio Lamborghini, also created a 9 hole golf course ( 2860 mtrs. par 36) on his estate near Panicale on the shores of Lake Trasimeno. The course nestles amongst vineyards and forests covering 45 hectares of Umbrian countryside.Ferruccio wanted to "spread" golf in the area and make it more accessible to locals. He designed a course which features white sand bunkers, and many species of trees and shrubs, which appeals to all golfers, even the most demanding. In addition to the nine holes you can make use of the covered driving range, and illuminated area which includes areas for pitching , putting and bunker practice.The modern clubhouse enjoys a commanding position in the estate and offers a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.
