HAMBA is an online travel management company with an online magazine blog that aims to solve the problem of travellers who wish to travel in Zimbabwe but are unable to do so. The company is in the research and development stage set to conduct an in-depth analysis on the chosen target segments. Our service design is taking a User Centred Design strategy to create travel solutions from knowing our customer in great depth. Tourism industry in Zimbabwe is worth over US$800 million, it shows great potential for growth. HAMBA is targeting the international, domestic and business traveller as customer segments.We have a blog built by a community of travellers.
