The HOPEFitness Sports Foundation combines exercising with fun and socialization to create a truly unique program. HOPEFitness believes that every Individual has the right to a healthy lifestyle. HOPEFitness does not only provide the means for weight loss, increased muscle strength and flexibility, but to most importantly give participants a safe and comfortable place. This will help them at home, work, school and in their personal and social lives.Since 2005 The HOPEFitness Sports Foundation has provided opportunities in exercise and socialization for Individuals with ALL types of Abilities. OPEN to the public, HOPEfitness has locations in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and services the NYC Metropolitan area. FREE initial workouts and assessments are provided and staff and family members are welcome to utilize our facilities for FREE.HOPEFitness has been featured by the OPWDD, TV, Newsday and more...We are a New York State 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization.
