His wife, Jennifer, who holds her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University and a law degree from Wake Forest, maintains her law office while she simultaneously oversees the day-to day operations; navigating all the complexities that a small business must face in today's corporate world. The true heart and soul of the business lies in the staff, which has grown into extended family.
