Havering Arts Council (Registered Charity No: 248171) seeks to promote and develop arts activities within the London Borough of Havering. Partially funded by an annual grant from the borough, and in collaboration with the borough's Culture and Leisure team, we encourage local arts groups to grow and develop and to hold events and activities which will have a positive impact on their local community. We organise events, including our annual summer festival of arts, which incorporates the popular peripatetic festival of full length plays and our open art exhibition. Arts groups in the borough can sign up as members of HAC for a small annual fee.
