Founded by Yale College students, HIVE is a software-driven startup that aims to create an extensive network and database of local health organizations in developing countries, particularly in East Africa. For member organizations, HIVE provides various capacity building services, including outreach strategy, digital marketing services, strategy development, and networking guide. HIVE aims to network and build the capacity of local NGOs in order to help them become more effective, collaborative agents of change. Membership to HIVE includes exclusive access to a network of local health initiatives within the region to accelerate opportunities for collaboration.
