We act for UHNWI's and HNWI's who own prime residential property, either as their home or as a buy to let investment. We provide assistance throughout all stages of the property ownership cycle, from property sourcing, acquisition, relocation support, home management, refurbishment/maintenance and sale.On the "residence management" side of the business, we are often appointed as the client's agent and assist with arranging, implementing and managing routine domestic duties such as cleaning, gardening, servicing and regualr maintenance. For clients that spend time away from London we also provide a key holding service, collect & forward post, carry out regular security/damage inspections and prepare for re-occupation (such as stocking the fridge).On the "technical consultancy" side of the business, using our network of trusted providers we assist our clients in appointing a professional team to deliver refurbishment/extension projects (surveyors, interior designers, engineers).
