Since 2015, HBeX has worked to foster a thriving Hispanic/Latino ecosystem in Michigan through complimentary training and consulting for Hispanic entrepreneurs.Our goal? To help Hispanic Business Owners create sustainable growth for their companies and become essential partners in the manufacturing and mechanical contracting supply chain.Hispanic Business Owners with annual sales between $1 million and $15 million can participate in one or more of the no-cost programs listed below, made possible by our sponsors. 💵 Operational Certification Grants - Provides financial assistance for operationalcertifications and training📈 Business Bootcamp Program - A comprehensive program resulting in a strategic plan, management system, and consulting services for one year📑 Financial Reporting Model - Building a framework for monthly financials, analyzing variances, and setting key metrics📈 Comprehensive Business Assessment - Uncovering the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a company💲 Custom 13-week Financial Forecasting Model - Development of a forecasting model to identify cash flow trends and facilitate company growthMany entrepreneurial enterprises—in manufacturing, mechanical contracting, the food industry, and transportation—have signed up for the program and are currently in the business development phase. A strategic benefit for participants is access to the advisory council, which includes representatives from seven companies in the Automotive (OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers), Construction, and Utility industries.Our Advisory Council Corporate members benefit from HBE Supply Chain Development, promotion within the Latinx Community, and being part of a Diverse and Elite Business Leadership Network.The HBeX Program was launched with a grant from the DTE Foundation.
