Our mission at Human Behavior Architects™ is to create awareness in areas that often feel challenging and to offer flexibility in the spaces that often feel concrete. Although the Western approach to behavioral medicine continues to label and medicate people on a daily basis, we deeply believe that there's still space for healing. We're passionate about teaching people about human behavior and how early, embedded, and often normalized events from our childhood become the exact precursors for the challenges that show up later in life (ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, addictions, and many other behavioral challenges). We've done and continue to do deep, extensive research in this exact space - often focusing on how this is connected to leadership, leadership development, corporate culture and personal growth. We offer coaching, training and speaking opportunities on everything we've learned thus far. Awareness is key because one thing we know for sure… We can only change the things we're aware of.
