Ideas Factory is an association from Sofia (Bulgaria) which is devoted to bringing social change through community-building and combination of creative practices, intergenerational and multidisciplinary knowledge exchange. Its main activities are synthesized into four formats - Art Innovation Challenge, Baba Residence, EMPATHEAST and Social Innovation Challenge. All of them are incubators for community-led cultural or social entrepreneurial initiatives. Ideas Factory creates bridge connecting diverse key actors on which local social change depends - local citizen, experts, institutions, organizations and administration.
