I have always been very passionate about learning how our body works ad responds and I have been applying different ways of therapeutic work in order to helping others heal and understand their bodies, why they have the discomforts they have and most importantly, to learn how to change that.After 13 years working as a massage therapist and learning different techniques in different parts of the world, from North America to small villages in Asia, I am now immerse in holistic way of working that reaches all the parts of our different layers of the body and mind, getting to the origin of our discomforts.I am a certified Massage Therapist, as well as teacher of Thai Massage and I work with a mixture of techniques as Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release, Relaxing Massage, Ayurveda, Deep Tissue Massage, Foot Reflexology, Conscious Stretching, Active Release and much more, creating an unique way of approaching therapeutic work.
