Keysi Fighting Method, KFM, was born in the streets of Spain and was created to provoke thought and action in order to defend against the unpredictable and unruly streets. Because in most situations there is more than one assailant, even though you may not see them, we train to defend against multiple assailants even in our most basic classes. We also train to increase your fitness level because if you need to defend yourself you can't be sucking wind after the first 10 seconds.
