Lean Matters is a health coaching practice who's mission is to help their clients to gain self- efficacy with their health by providing them with knowledge and support. Lean Matters understands that people are coming from different situations regarding their health and meets them where they are today. They ask their clients to take charge of their health and then guide them in doing mindful thinking, feeling, and doing the work that builds self-confidence. This uncovers their clients desire to be well, and this helps them to tap into their innate fighting spirits. Lean Matters addresses this together physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health components. They assist their clients to draw a personal blueprint that is used to set and achieve realistic goals (small victories lay the foundation for self-efficacy).Through Health Coaching with Lean Matters, their clients learn and become capable of harnessing the strengths they need to overcome obstacles. By re-framing their obstacles, they become growing opportunities for their clients. Building a support team with their health practitioners and loved ones, inspires their clients to go beyond what they could do alone!
